welding equipment manufacturer<\/span><\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.daihen.co.jp\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <u>DAIHEN Corporation<\/u><\/a><\/strong><span style=\"color: #4f4b4c;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> in May 2022.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #4f4b4c;\">The acquisition creates a strong base for developing and integrating the latest innovations in robotics, welding and camera technology for customized robotic system solutions.<\/span><span style=\"color: #4f4b4c; font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #4f4b4c;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">With the incorporation of Femitec GmbH into the Femitec has been working closely with OTC DAIHEN EUROPE GmbH as a partner for several years. Due to the almost identical spectrum in the area of turnkey <a href=\"https:\/\/femitec.de\/en\/robotic-systems\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>\u00a0<strong>Automation solutions<\/strong><\/u><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> extensive <a href=\"https:\/\/femitec.de\/en\/service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u><strong>Service<\/strong>\u00a0<\/u><\/a>of robotic systems and\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/femitec.de\/en\/welding-technology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Welding technology<\/u><\/a>,<\/strong> as well as the development of\u00a0<a style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: #ffffff; font-size: 1rem;\" href=\"https:\/\/femitec.de\/en\/software\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u><strong>software solutions<\/strong><\/u><\/a> it was natural to further improve the capacities, the service as well as the products of the DAIHEN Group in the future by acquiring a majority shareholding.<\/p><p>Through the acquisition in 2014 of <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.daihen-varstroj.si\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DAIHEN VARSTOJ<\/a><\/span><\/strong> in Slovenia as a welding equipment supplier for the Eastern European region, and in 2020 with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lasotechsystems.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LASOtech GmbH<\/a><\/strong><\/span> in Suhl as an automation and laser application specialist, the DAIHEN Group has now been expanded by another European member this year. As a result, the OTC group of companies is now represented with 6 technical locations in Europe.<\/p><p>On <strong>02.05.2022<\/strong> the contract for the majority shareholding in Femitec GmbH was signed in the presence of the top management.
